Michael Loeffler (Charlie Brown) is humbled by the opportunity to play Charlie Brown in his Encore! debut. He is returning to the stage after a 30-year hiatus since his critically-acclaimed performance as Featured Sailor in Marquette Catholic School’s production of Oh, Jonah! He is especially grateful to share the stage with his beautiful wife, April (Marcie), and to share the role of everyone’s favorite blockhead with his son, Spencer, who is starring in the youth production. Off-stage, Michael is the assistant principal of Cascia Hall and a deacon at the Parish of Christ the King, and he wishes everyone a blessed Christmas season.

Ella Bartlett (Lucy) is 15 years old and has starred in Encore!'s PPYAP Murder Mystery (The Understudy) and the one-act The Waiting Room (Robin), but is excited to make her Encore! mainstage debut! She enjoys cosplaying, playing video games, singing, and petting every dog she sees in her spare time. Ella has found such a welcoming community at Encore! and enjoys every second she gets to be on stage with her friends. She's over the moon about playing Lucy and intends to harness every bit of sassy she has for the role!

Joshua Branson Barker (Linus) is co-director and designer of A Charlie Brown Christmas and the Founding Artistic Director of Encore! Tulsa. In addition to performing in over 80 stage productions, Joshua has worked on feature films, including August: Osage County and Te Ata, and the short film, Dragula (directed by Adam Shankman and starring Rob Riggle and Missi Pyle), as well as the CBS TV series, Baby Daddy. His favorite Encore! credits include: A Christmas Story (Old Man), The Wizard of Oz (Cowardly Lion), Jungle Book (Baloo), and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (Willy Wonka).

Mindy Barker (Sally) is the co-director of A Charlie Brown Christmas and the Founding Managing Director of Encore! Tulsa. In addition to performing in over 60 stage productions in Tulsa and Los Angeles, she has appeared in the feature film, Jersey Boys (directed by Clint Eastwood), as well as many television shows, including Mad Men, Pretty Little Liars, Parks and Recreation, Criminal Minds, NCIS, and Scandal. Her favorite Encore! credits include Steel Magnolias (Shelby), It's a Wonderful Life (Mary Bailey), A Christmas Story (Mother), and Peter Pan (Peter Pan).

Andrea Davis (Snoopy) is 15 years old. She loves acting, and is excited to work with Encore! Tulsa again. Encore! credits include A Christmas Story, Lost Pages of Sleeping Beauty, and Lost Pages of Cinderella.

Jared Barker(Schroeder) is excited to perform with Encore! again, having played such roles as Mayhem in The Lost Pages of Sleeping Beauty and The Lost Pages of Cinderella, Tin Man in The Wizard of Oz, Adult Ralph in A Christmas Story, and Schroeder in A Charlie Brown Christmas.

Keith Davis (Pig Pen) is a blessed man. His life is filled with love. He loves his Lord. He loves his wife. He loves his multiple children and grandchildren. All of whom love him back. Though he makes his living as a program manager at NORDAM, he much prefers time spent with his family. His children first inspired his interest in martial arts, where he achieved his 3rd degree black belt in Taekwondo. These same children have now roped him into a different art!

Erika Hall (Frieda) is originally from RI and has a BA in Theatre from American University in Washington D.C. Inspired by her son with special needs, she is a special education teacher in Tulsa Public Schools. Christmas is her favorite holiday and she is thrilled to be a part of this show! None of this would be possible without the support of her husband, Bobby, and her 3 little ones, Bianca, Cameron, and Micah! Previous Encore! credits include Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (Mrs.Gloop), the adult cast of A Charlie Brown Christmas (Violet), The Lost Pages of Sleeping Beauty (Glissandra), and The Lost Pages of Snow White (Lily Bell).

Emma Caldwell (Violet) is a 14-year-old from Sand Springs and is a student at Clyde Boyd Middle School. She has enjoyed many Encore! classes and is excited to perform in her third Encore! show. Emma loves to act and sing and is currently a member of the Tulsa Children's Chorus.

In her day-to-day life, Lisa Mahoney (Peppermint Patty) is a wife, mom, and part-time barista. However, she was bitten by the acting bug in 2016 and is extremely excited to be performing in her eighth production with Encore! Tulsa. She has played everything from a grandmother to a kangaroo to Cinderella's wicked Stepmother and genuinely feels like the theatre is one of her favorite places to be! She would like to give a big thank you to Mindy and Josh for letting her explore this creative outlet and to Troy, Reilly and Declan for putting up with rehearsal schedules and leftovers for dinner. I love you guys!

April Loeffler (Marcie) is thrilled to make her acting and Encore! debut. She has seen firsthand how quality theatrical experiences, especially those at Encore!, have helped nurture her son’s talents and develop his confidence. She is excited to be a part of the special adult cast version of this show because she knows it will help make opportunities more available for the kids in our community to fall in love with performing arts.

Ana Nunez (Shermette) is a senior at Sapulpa High School, and one of the 2017-2018 Oklahoma Thespian Officers. Ana is beyond thrilled to be back on stage with Encore! Her most recent credits include The Lost Pages of Snow White (Flora), Eleanora Duse Dies in Pittsburgh (Eva), Addams Family the Musical (Flapper) and Murder Box (Eve). She would like to thank her parents and friends for all of their love and support. Yeet Yeet Theatre!!!

Hannah Rystedt (Patty Swanson) is 15 and a sophomore at Mingo Valley Christian. She is a Junior Artist in Encore! Tulsa's Pre- Professional Youth Acting Program. Hannah is thrilled to be cast in her third Encore! production! She also enjoys baking, softball and spending time with family and friends.


YOUTH CAST
Youth cast performs November 18-19

Spencer Loeffler (Charlie Brown) has loved being a part of the Encore! family for the past year. His first (and favorite!) role was as Shermy in last year’s A Charlie Brown Christmas because he really enjoyed doing the Shermy dance. This will be his fourth Encore production and he is looking forward to everything about playing Charlie Brown, but especially that his good friend Trace will be by his side in the role of Linus.

Abbigail Howell (Lucy) is a Junior Artist in Encore! Tulsa's Pre-Professional Youth Acting Program. She is thrilled to perform in her seventh Encore! mainstage production, having appeared in James and the Giant Peach (James), The Lost Pages of Snow White (Kitty LePaws), The Lost Pages of Sleeping Beauty (Fauna), The Wizard of Oz (Winged Monkey), and The Jungle Book (Monkey) in addition to Box (various roles). 

Trace Herrera (Linus) loves performing whether it's singing, dancing, or acting. He also enjoys drawing and playing soccer. He plans to one day star on Saturday Night Live. With Encore!, Trace has played Lionel the Mouse in The Lost Pages of Cinderella, and Pinocchio in the Lost Pages of Sleeping Beauty. He most notably starred as Oliver Warbucks in Annie Jr., and has been involved in other local productions: Disney Jr.-Cinderella (Jaq), Disney Jr.-Little Mermaid (Flounder), and Elf Jr. the Musical (Michael Hobbs).

Caroline White (Snoopy) is a Junior Artist in Encore! Tulsa's Pre-Professional Youth Acting Program and has performed in such Encore! shows as The Lost Pages of Cinderella (Cinderella), A Charlie Brown Christmas (Violet), The Lost Pages of Snow White (Red Riding Hood), and Box (Various Roles)

Clara Fabian (Sally) is days away from being eleven years old and is in the fifth grade at Eliot Elementary. She loves acting, soccer, and dogs. She would like to thank her family for their love and support and Willy Wonka for the Encore! Golden Ticket from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory that started it all! Encore Credits: Jungle Book (Monkey), The Wizard of Oz (Lollipop Girl/Munchkin #1), Winnie the Pooh (Late Rabbit), A Charlie Brown Christmas (Sally Brown), The Lost Pages of Sleeping Beauty (Burr the Pig), and The Lost Pages of Cinderella (Gretel).

Janson Daniel (Schroeder) is thrilled to be part of A Charlie Brown Christmas and A Christmas Story again. Janson has performed in several Encore! shows over the last couple of years, including Charlie in Charlie Brown Christmas last year. Janson is actively involved with Encore! and currently part of the Pre-Professional Youth Acting Program. He also enjoys writing short stories, improv and directing. Janson is also part of the Bixby 7th grade jazz band and recently received All District Honors in Tenor Saxophone. Janson would like to thank his family for their love and support as well as Mindy and Josh for the opportunity to perform on stage.

Rebekah Trenary (Peppermint Patty) is delighted to be cast in her tenth Encore! Tulsa production. Her favorite play was Wizard of Oz and her favorite role was Snoopy in Charlie Brown Christmas. Beka will be a seventh grader at Bixby Middle School. In addition to performing, she enjoys soccer, reading, and playing with her family and friends.

Isabella Doering (Marcie) is ten years old and attends Upper Elementary at Christian Montessori Academy. In addition to acting, Isabella loves reading, singing and spending time with her friends. She is excited to perform in her seventh Encore! Production. Encore! credits: The Wizard of Oz (Munchkin), The Lost Pages of Cinderella (Bo Peep), The Lost Pages of Sleeping Beauty (Burr the Pig), Charlie Brown Christmas (Ensemble), and A Christmas Story (Ensemble). Isabella would like to thank Mindy and Josh for the opportunities they have offered her and for helping her improve her acting skills.

Riley Smith (Pig Pen) is ten years old and in the fifth grade. A Charlie Brown Christmas is Riley’s eleventh Encore! Production. In his free time, Riley enjoys reading, favorites include Harry Potter and comic books. He also plays video games, baseball and is active in his school’s student government and book clubs.

No stranger to the stage, Reagan Hubbell (Frieda) is thrilled to have been cast in this classic seasonal favorite. Under the direction of Josh and Mindy Barker, Reagan has learned so much during her time as a part of the Pre-Professional Youth Acting Program. She would like to thank Mindy for always pushing her to try new things and to step out of her comfort zone. Reagan would like to wish everyone a safe and happy Holiday Season! Merry Christmas everyone!

Gracee Logan is twelve years old. She is a sixth grader at Sperry Middle School. She loves acting, acting class, Encore, cheerleadering, playing the flute, California, and spending time at the beach. This is Gracee's first show with Encore! She is very excited to play Violet. She would like to thank her parents, family members and friends for supporting her dream of acting.

Auggie Sinnett (Shermy) is in 2nd grade at Lee Elementary. He is excited to make his Encore! debut with A Charlie Brown Christmas, and looks forward to playing Grover Dill next month in Encore! Tulsa's A Christmas Story. Auggie really likes to read and play soccer. He is so happy to be in the cast!

ENSEMBLE:

This is Katie Cole's second show with Encore! She is grateful for every opportunity she is given to work with Mindy and Josh. Outside of acting, Katie is involved in Girl Scouts and competitive swimming. She also volunteers her time helping to save shelter animals by working adoption events and collecting donations for animals in need.

Ashlan is 10 years old and a fifth grader at Country Lane Intermediate. This is Ashlan's first acting role. She is very excited and honored to get this opportunity to perform in A Charlie Brown Christmas. In addition to acting, Ashlan loves dancing hip hop, drawing and singing. Thank you Encore! for this amazing opportunity.

Reagan Renfro truly enjoys acting. It has become her hobby and skill. She has performed in Patch the Pirate and Treasure Island plays, Treasure Blind (movie), Beauty and the Beast, and Teen Beach Movie (acting camp productions). She also enjoys singing to an audience, is an artist and likes spending time with her family.

Jenna Riem is excited to be chosen for her second Encore! show. In addition to theatre, Jenna currently takes acro gymnastics at Soul II Sole and is part of their competition team. Jenna also loves to swim and is part of the swim team at Lifetime. When not acting or swimming Jenna can be found playing with all her animals at home or riding her 4-wheeler. Jenna is thankful of her family, appreciative of Mindy and Josh for this opportunity and the other cast members for taking her under their wings.

Calleigh Tucker is a third grader who loves learning about science and math. She is also a member of a competitive dance company and loves to sing, dance and act. Calleigh is excited to be back on stage with Encore! again. She most recently played Bo Peep in The Lost Pages of Sleeping Beauty, and also looks forward to playing Esther Jane in Encore! Tulsa's A Christmas Story next month!

Emili Watts is seven years old and a second grader at Carnegie Elementary. She loves art and ballet in addition to attending Encore’s Acting Classes. This is her seventh production with Encore! Tulsa. She is excited to work with the cast and crew of The Charlie Brown Christmas

Davis White is ten years old and in fourth grade at Jenks Southeast. He is in the Chinese Immersion and Gifted programs at school and is in Coding Club and on the Jenks White football team. He was in the Charlie Brown Christmas ensemble with Encore! last year and played Jack in The Lost Pages of Snow White this summer. He loves attending Encore! classes and camps and is excited to be in the Encore! Christmas shows this year!
